FNSP Internet Speakers Series 2005
Land Claims and Governance
Video Archive

Every session in the 2005 FNSP Internet Speakers Series was recorded and made available on our website as soon as possible following the live event. All are retained here now for you to view at any time.

Watching video on the internet requires receiving a lot of information for every minute of video. We strongly recommend that you try our special Interactive Video/Transcript Viewer that was developed during this series, but if you'd like to watch the video only, you can see it in the same higher resolution the IVT uses, or in a low resolution version designed for slower internet connections. If you are on a dial-up connection, you can also listen to an audio only version of each session.

The Interactive Video/Transcript Viewer presents some unique advantages. Not only are you able to view the video and see a transcript that updates automatically, but you can easily navigate through a session or the series, and you can also search by word or phrase to find segments of particular interest. The IVT uses your web browser and Apple's QuickTime video technology and does work better with some browsers than others. Try it, but if it does not work well for you, see our IVT Technical page for updates and recommendations.

If you would like to have a higher quality version of this series to watch at home, in your organization, band office, community centre, or educational institution, you may be interested in the DVD set of the series. It consists of 8 DVDs that can be played on any DVD player and TV, or on a computer. Additional computer only discs include our searchable interactive video/transcript viewer (requires DVD drive) and a CD that includes all of the session transcripts. Contact us for details if you would like a copy.

Below is a short description of each session and a links to the various forms of the video you can watch. For a fuller description of each session, click on the "details" link at the end of each description, or on one of the tabs in the navigation menu at the left.
